Who can benefit

Yoga

Tristhana Vinyasa Yoga offers a safe, non aggressive, unrestricted and enjoyable approach to Vinyasa Yoga that can be adapted to suit anyone.

It can be a preparation practice that can lead to the full Ashtanga Yoga Pimary Series and beyond or form the basis of an individualized practice that suits the needs and ability of each student.

Tristhana Vinyasa Yoga begins on a therapeutic level were areas of weakness are uncovered and strategies implemented to overcome them.

This suits those new to yoga or for rehabilitation, and establishes a preparation sequence that evolves with the practice.

This is purely Yoga Therapy and assistance is given when required.

The standing flows are then learnt and are a workout within themselves.

It is here the body learns to flow with the breath, great for general fitness, flexibility, strength and stamina.

The full Tristhana sequence will evolve over time as the student progresses. This can lead to an advanced yoga practice if the student has the aspiration or just a well rounded practice that will suit the time and the effort the student wants to put into it.

The impossible becomes the probable and then manifests into reality.
