There are 4 levels of the Tristhana Vinyasa Yoga System
Level 1 Beginners
Here a preparation sequence is learnt, the breath is introduced, and Sun Salutations modified for all students.
Home practice may then commence.
Level 2
Postures (asana) are studied in detail, breath and movement coordinated.
Standing sequences are practiced; floor postures and movements are learnt and practiced. Core strength and connection established.
Level 3
Your personalized practice is established.
Inversions and finishing postures studied.
Level 4 Advanced
Aspect of Ashtanga Yoga and other advanced yoga techniques are developed and incorporated into the practice. This depends on the path and ambitions of the individual practitioner.
A minimum of 10 lessons are required by all students before advancement to level 2.
Courses through classes, groups or personal sessions are available.
